Returns

Please note that customers pay the return costs. These vary depending on both your location and the weight of the items being returned. You may only return items as long as they are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent to you and do not show any traces of usage. All labels must still be attached. Your money will be refunded back to the credit card which the order was placed on, or to the bank account the money was transferred from. If you purchased the item at a Hrímnir stand you can only return the item after sending us the receipt in an email. You may only return items within 14 days after you received your order. This refers to the time between the date you received the package and the date you submit the package for return at your post office or a GLS shop. To return an item, pack the item again in the same way as you received it and pack it carefully in a separate box or padded post envelope and send it to the following address:

Please inform us in an email to support@hrimnir.shop that you will return one or more items and tell us the reason why you return the item(s).

  

Exchange

You may exchange an item for a different size or color, but not for another product. If we are unable to provide the size or color you require, you will be contacted and offered another size or color, or a refund of your money. For exchanges, please make it clear which size you require. We will cover the cost of the return, once per order. If you ask for further exchanges, we will charge shipping. To return an item for an exchange, please notify us in an email to support@hrimnir.shop and we will send you the return label. If you purchased the item at a Hrímnir stand you can only exchange the item after sending us the receipt in an email.
