Returns

Returns must be requested through the webshop. If you placed your order for the return item(s) through your logged in account, please go to your account and My Returns to register the return. If you however placed your order without logging in, please go to Returns and Exchange.
Please note that customers pay the return costs. These vary depending on both your location and the weight of the items being returned. You may only return items as long as they are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent to you and do not show any traces of usage. All labels must still be attached. Your money will be refunded back to the payment method which the order was placed on. If you purchased the items at a Hrímnir stand you can only return the items by adding a copy of the receipt as attachment when requesting the return. Outlet products are excluded from return or exchange. You may only return items within 14 days after we sent your order. To return an item, pack the item carefully in a separate box or padded post envelope, print out the packing-slip (you will receive it by email once you have requested the return) and send the package to the following address (for returns from Switzerland, please contact our customer service):

Exchange

Exchanges must be requested through the webshop. If you placed your order for the return item(s) through your logged in account, please go to your account and My Returns to register the return. If you however placed your order without logging in, please go to Returns and Exchange.
We will cover the shipping cost of the exchange, once per order (applies only for EU countries). You may only return items as long as they are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent to you and do not show any traces of usage. All labels must still be attached. In case you exchange to a lower priced item, your money will be refunded back to the payment method which the order was placed on. In case you exchange to a higher priced item, you will be requested to arrange payment of the balance at the end of your request process. If you purchased the items at a Hrímnir stand you can only return the items by adding a copy of the receipt as attachment when requesting the return. Outlet products are excluded from return or exchange.
