FIZO Preparation (January) – Improving Balance in Tölt

In this video series, Helga Una Björnsdóttir  (B.Sc. in Riding and Riding Instructions from Hólar University) gives us insight into how she prepares a young mare for a Breeding Assessment. In Part 2 Helga shows us how a normal training session is in January with this type of a youngster. The main focus is on improving balance in tölt, decreasing crookedness and continue to educate the mare on the basic aids.
