Shipping time

We ship all items with the high class parcel service GLS. All items are sent from our warehouse in Germany. Usual shipping time within Germany is 2-4 days and shipping to other countries takes 3-6 days, depending on the final destination. Please note that a high order volume can result in minor delayments.

 

Shipping prices

Shipping prices for orders can be calculated in the shopping cart by adding your products and entering country, state and ZIP code. Please note that additional custom clearance charges can arise for some countries.

Germany

Standard delivery Europe and USA

For more countries you can estimate shipping costs and taxes by placing a product in the cart and using the function Estimate Shipping and Tax in the shopping cart.

Express delivery Germany

Guaranteed delivery until 17:00h on the next workday (Mon-Fri) for orders placed before 09:00am:

 Express delivery Europe and USA

Guaranteed delivery within one day in Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands and Switzerland, within two days in France, Sweden, Finland and within 3 days in Norway and USA for orders placed before 09:00am.

General rules

You must make sure to enter an address where someone can accept and sign for delivery. From the time of submission, you carry full responsibility and risk. If shipments need to be returned because of wrong or incomplete information about the delivery address, you must pay the delivery costs with GLS to the correct address. If you are not at home to receive the shipment from GLS at its delivery time, you will receive a note from GLS with information where you can pick up your package at the nearest GLS package shop. If you do not contact GLS within 5 working days, the item will be returned to the warehouse. If you then want the package to be again shipped to you, you must pay the full costs of shipment with GLS. GLS is responsible for delivering the package on time for all expedited deliveries. Due to weather, remoteness of location, etc, certain circumstances can arise where GLS is unable to deliver expedites on time.
